Submit a Waterfront Property

Know a waterfront home worth featuring? Owners and agents are welcome to send it along for editorial consideration.

We feature a small, curated set of Central Florida waterfront homes through cards, embeds, video walkthroughs, and links to the listing source. If you'd like a home considered, share the details below.

Helpful things to include

  • The property address or, at minimum, the area and water body
  • A link to the live listing, video walkthrough, or photos
  • Whether you're the owner or the listing agent / broker
  • Anything that makes the home or its waterfront notable

We review submissions before featuring anything and can't guarantee placement.

A note on accuracy: because we're an editorial site and not a brokerage, we present submitted homes as information and link to the source for current price and availability. Please make sure you have the right to share any photos, video, or listing details you send.

Submitting a property: common questions

Who can submit a property?

Owners and licensed agents or brokers are welcome to submit a Central Florida waterfront home for editorial consideration.

Does submitting guarantee my home gets featured?

No. We feature a small, curated set of homes and review every submission. We can't guarantee placement, and we link back to the listing source either way.

What should I include?

The address or at least the area and water body, a link to the live listing/video/photos, whether you're the owner or the agent, and anything that makes the home or its waterfront notable. Only share material you have the right to use.

Important. Lakeshore & Coast is an independent editorial and curation website. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, we do not represent buyers or sellers, and we do not provide MLS or IDX access. Property information may come from public sources, partner submissions, embedded widgets, videos, or outbound listing links and may be incomplete or out of date. Always verify price, availability, property details, HOA rules, waterfront access, insurance requirements, and legal matters with the listing broker, agent, seller, public records, or another qualified professional. Some links may be sponsored or earn a referral fee.
