For Agents & Brokers
Broker & Agent Partnerships
A straightforward way to put your waterfront listings in front of the right readers — with clear lines about who does what.
Lakeshore & Coast helps licensed agents and brokers reach people who are researching specific Central Florida lakes and beach towns. We bring the audience and the editorial context; you bring the expertise and the listings. Importantly, we stay in our lane — we're not a brokerage, and we don't represent buyers or sellers.
Tell us your market
Share the areas and types of waterfront homes you work, and how you'd like to be represented.
We feature compliantly
Homes appear via cards, embeds, and links back to your listing or profile — never as MLS data we don't have rights to.

hello@fergusonhq.comBroker partnerships: common questions
Do you take a commission or represent buyers?
No. We're an editorial and curation site, not a brokerage. We don't represent buyers or sellers and we don't take real estate commissions. Representation stays entirely with you and your clients.
How are homes presented?
Through cards, embedded widgets, video walkthroughs, and outbound links that send readers to your listing or profile. You remain the source of truth for price, availability, and details.
Is placement paid?
Some featured placements are sponsored, and those are labeled. We also feature homes editorially. Either way, we keep the reader experience honest.
Important. Lakeshore & Coast is an independent editorial and curation website. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, we do not represent buyers or sellers, and we do not provide MLS or IDX access. Property information may come from public sources, partner submissions, embedded widgets, videos, or outbound listing links and may be incomplete or out of date. Always verify price, availability, property details, HOA rules, waterfront access, insurance requirements, and legal matters with the listing broker, agent, seller, public records, or another qualified professional. Some links may be sponsored or earn a referral fee.
