Lakeshore & Coast covers waterfront living across Central Florida — the spring-fed lakes and storied chains inland, and the Atlantic beach towns a short drive east. We publish area guides, buying and maintenance advice, featured homes, and video tours to help buyers, sellers, and the simply curious understand what makes each waterfront community distinct.
How we work
We're a content and curation site. When we feature a home, we link you to the listing or agent so you can get current, verified details. We try to write the way a knowledgeable friend would — clear, calm, and honest about trade-offs.
What we are, and aren't
